The heart behind The BACK Community

In 2020, during a global pandemic and a period of deep civil unrest in America, I found myself asking a simple but important question: What can I do to make a positive impact?

Like many others, I watched communities struggle with pain, anger, division, and hopelessness following the death of George Floyd. Instead of standing on the sidelines, I wanted to create something rooted in encouragement, purpose, and real change.

That desire led to the creation of The BACK Community.

What began as a podcast focused on positivity quickly evolved into something much greater. By highlighting inspiring individuals, organizations, and real life stories of perseverance, I began to better understand both the challenges people face and the power of authentic community. As the audience grew, so did the mission.

Today, The BACK Community, LLC exists to empower people to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually while remaining true to who they are.

Through mentoring, coaching, writing, speaking, and community engagement, my goal is to help people unlock their potential and navigate life with confidence, purpose, and authenticity. Whether it’s financial guidance, self-publishing support, mentorship, or personal development, the mission remains the same: help people become the best version of themselves.

My faith in God continues to guide my purpose and fuel my passion for serving others. I believe our struggles have value, our experiences can inspire healing, and our stories can become tools to uplift the next person.

The BACK Community was built on the belief that even in difficult times, something positive can grow. This is more than a brand, it’s a movement centered on growth, impact, authenticity, and hope.
