At The BACK Community, our mission is to uplift, empower, and educate people through authentic connection, mentorship, storytelling, and practical support. We are committed to creating safe spaces where individuals and families feel seen, encouraged, and equipped to grow into the best version of themselves.
Our Services
We provide affordable and impactful services designed to help people build CONFIDENCE, PURPOSE, and STABILITY in their lives. Our services include Financial Coaching, Motivational Speaking, Mentoring & Life Coaching, Author Visits, Book Publishing Support, and Marketing Strategies. Through every conversation, workshop, and experience, our goal is simple: help people recognize their value and realize their potential.
Our Vision
The BACK Community was built on the belief that stories change lives. When people share their journeys, the setbacks they endured, the lessons they learned, and the victories they achieved, they create inspiration and hope for others searching for direction.
For more than 20 years, mentoring has been at the center of my life's work. From community outreach and youth development to speaking engagements and authorship, I have dedicated myself to helping people discover PURPOSE, strengthen their mindset, and overcome obstacles through practical guidance and genuine support.
Everything we do is rooted in FAITH, AUTHENTICITY, SERVICE and COMMUNITY. We believe growth happens when people feel connected, encouraged, and empowered to move forward together.
