People love understanding personal stories. Through the stories we listen to or read about we become inspired. Hearing people talk about their experiences, the obstacles they had to overcome and their paths to success leaves a blueprint for us all to follow.  As a Financial Coach and Mentor, I help people with simple and practical strategies to improve their life. It's hard to imagine that I have been mentoring for over 20 years, but I am able to use my own experiences, knowledge and expertise to help others and that is an incredible feeling. 

On The BACK Community Podcast, we talk about hope for the world and what these organizations and individuals are doing to effectuate change. The constant bombardment of negative depictions of life in the news and on social media outlets would have us believing that there is more negativity than positivity in our communities. The BACK Community Podcast was created to help shift that paradigm of negativity and highlight the lives of people and organizations doing some positive things.
